**** The following document is a transcript of a conversation that took place between L.Duke (LD - Front man, Chrysalid HOMO) and an informant (IA) for the CHIA (Chrysalid HOMO committee for Internal Affairs) on 16/05/2023. Although the position of the informant was unknown to LD at the time of conversation taking place. ****

*Background noises of pub/bar*

IA: "who's this guy Wilhelm, that's played on your album?"

LD: *scoffs* "To be honest, I don't actually know him."

IA: "But you've written songs together.”

LD: "Well…Yeah. We have and we haven’t. I'm fully aware of how weird that is. But I've never actually met him. He's a bit of an enigma. I record with our producer, Danny [the Red], and sometimes I get a message a few days later saying 'Wilhelm popped round to do some work on the new track. Come over and have a listen.' I'll turn up to the studio and he's done some weird shit to our tracks. Throws some German over the top of bits we've been struggling to write melodies for, so we just keep it in. Or he comes round in the early hours of the morning and drops a whole remix off. Slides a CD under the front door, knocks on and walks away, disappearing into the night, like some secret agent or something."

IA: "what?!"

LD: "Oh yeah! Danny told me he's got this room full of old Soviet era, Russian synths. He calls it his 'Lab'. He had to learn Russian so he could use them. Apparently, he keeps the room as sterile as he can. Makes it so he can pin point sounds better. I don't understand it myself. Danny's not even seen it though; Wilhelm has only told him about it. He said its white coats, hair and shoe covers. The lot."

*Silence*

LD: "Honestly, I know it sounds weird but, he is. He's weird. And I think that's what makes him so brilliant."
